Purpose
This notice is an optional permission disclosure for commercial email communications such as campaigns, offers, and announcements.
It is not required to open an account or use the platform. It is off by default. SMS or phone call channels are not currently used.
Channel
The communication channel may only be email. If you grant permission, updates may be sent on behalf of the ART-IST.CLUB brand from info@art-ist.club or the platform's authorized email infrastructure.
Withdrawing permission
You may withdraw your permission at any time. Withdrawal is available via the unsubscribe link in the email, account settings (when available), or info@art-ist.club.
Registration and opt-out processes compliant with IYS and applicable electronic commerce legislation will be applied once systems are ready. This notice does not include a fabricated IYS number or institution information.
No condition of use
Permission for commercial electronic communications is not a precondition for registration, login, or use of the core service. If you do not grant permission, you can still use the platform's core functions.
Manage your communication preferences
If you don't want campaign emails, you don't need to grant permission.
